RNA: does the revolution start today?

Although I'd be stretched to make the link to advertising and current conceptions of new media I couldn't resist including this one. The Economist leads this week with a description of RNA and although normally measured in language, they claim RNA is 'Biology's Big Bang'. Although my knowledge of biology is shaky at best, I think it is fair to say that over coming years we are going to see more striking relationships between hardware, software and wetware.
